Please be advised that based on the local, regional and international laws and regulations that the SVG Postal Corporation (member of the Universal Postal Union) is guided by, a valid form of Identification must be presented by the Customer to complete certain transactions.
Any transaction that requires the presentation of a valid form of Identification cannot be completed by the postal officer, unless one of the following forms of identification is presented by the Customer
- Passport
- National Identification Card
- Drivers Licence
- Farmer’s ID
The above forms of identification must have been issued by a country that is recognized by the state of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (Verification to be obtained from the Attorney General’s Chambers) and bear the following:
- Full Name
- Photograph
- Date of Birth
- Number
- Expiry Date
- Signature

Customers are able to track the progress of recorded mail (fitted with bar-coded labels)from origin to destination.
Track and Trace
Private Letter boxes are available for rental at Head Office Kingstown, Layou, Bequia and Canouan Post Offices. Annual fees are charged based on the size of the letter box

- Central Water and Central Authority (CWSA)
- FLOW
- DIGICEL
All National Lottery Lotto products are available at the Head Office in Kingstown
Mobile cell phone top up is available at Head Office and at all district offices
